Historic Meridian Park held its Spring Alley Clean-up on April 25. Dick Luchtman, clean-up manager and official HMP ‘Titan of Trash,’ assigned teams to various alleys with rakes, bags, shovels and brooms—all provided at no-cost by Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, Inc.. KIBI also donated a packer truck which was used to pick up the collected trash and large items.
