The lot adjacent to the StorageSpace Gallery has been purchased by the Hoosier Project from Renew Indianapolis. While the plans for the lot are still being developed, high-level plans include the development of four residential units and one commercial unit structure. The residential units will be actively marketed to creatives with the commercial space used for food sales or farmers market activity.
Development details of the property are still being fleshed out and are probably a couple of years out but look for exciting activity in the future.
