Mapleton Fall Creek Unity Forums

In late November, HMPNA in partnership with the Watson McCord and Haywood Park neighborhoods and the Mapleton-Fall Creek Development Corp received an IMAGINE grant from the Great Indy Neighborhoods Initiative (GINI). HMP teamed up with the aforementioned groups to apply for the grant which gives the collective group money to host three neighborhood-wide forums in Mapleton Fall Creek this spring. These forums will be geared toward engaging neighbors from throughout the Mapleton Fall Creek area to discuss various topics and/or to connect neighbors together through similar interests. These Mapleton Fall Creek Unity Forums will provide free locally-catered cuisine and complimentary childcare is anticipated. More details will follow in next month’s newsletter; by then a web site will also likely be developed.
