Mark your calendar for one of HMP’s most popular events! The Fall Festival, otherwise known as the “chili cook-off” will be held on Sept. 16th, 5:00 -8:00 pm, at the home of Mark Webb and Lee Smith at 3257 North Pennsylvania Street. Bring your best chili and/or corn-bread to compete in this year’s contest (someone has to dethrone Dr. Steve Towns as the HMP Chili King!). A trusted panel of judges will begin promptly judging at 5:30 pm sharp! If you are not entering the chili or cornbread competition, please bring a side dish to share. The HMPNA will provide the rest!
This year’s festival will also serve as a welcoming reception for new neighbors! Please invite any new neighbors you know to the event. Also, if you know of a new neighbor, please notify HMP President Cassie Mehlman-Rhys so that she can hand deliver a personal invitation and also introduce them at the festival.
