The annual Holiday Party and Pitch-in was held on December 2 at in the Fortune Room of Trinity Church. Professional chef and long-time neighbor Jim Assendelft provided an amazing lasagna entrée while neighbors brought their favorite appetizers, salads, side dishes and desserts. Santa made a visit and there were plenty of activities for children. Later in the evening, a quick business session was held to elect officers for Historic Meridian Park’s 2008 board of directors.
