Due to construction at the Children’s Museum, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful has temporarily relocated its recycling bin from the museum to Double 8 Foods on Fairfield Avenue. Not only is this is a more convenient location to drop off recyclables for Historic Meridian Park residents, the location could become permanent if it is used properly and illegal dumping does not become an issue.
The following items can be placed in the recycling bin: steel and aluminum beverage and food cans, empty aerosol cans, glass (brown, clear and green), #1 and #2 plastics, newspapers and magazines.
